I was putting off reading this one because I knew it was the last Claire Gulliver mystery. Excellent read, couldn't put it down and finished it in a day. I am always impressed with the level of accuracy in details when describing various locations. Jack's daughter was an interesting character, and I cared about her from the start. I hope that Clarie finds her way into another book.Product details

Wigglelsworth's book keep getting more and more exciting. Action packed from start to finish. Please, tell me it's not the end of this series.
Carnage Goes Coastal is a great ending to the Claire Gulliver series. Gayle wrapped up all the loose ends. Brought back some of our favorite characters and introduced us to Jack's daughter Karen. I enjoyed every minute of this story. The only bad thing I would have to say is it is the end of the series. Can't wait for Gayle's next book.
The book was outstanding and I could not put it down until I was finished. It held my interest from start to finish.
When you want action, twists and turns, believable characters, and an all around good story, try reading all the Claire Gulliver series. These are the kinds of books you'll want to read more than once.
Very satisfying story. The quality of Gayle's writing has matured and is more polished, a pleasure to read. I never would have guessed 'who done it' even though the author played fair in introducing all the characters involved. It is especially nice that although there is violence, she didn't feel the need to add graphic sex and violence that slows down the plot. I hope she will write a 7th in the series.
